This season is all about hayrides, pumpkin picking, apple cider, corn mazes and taking in the spectacular fall foliage. We've rounded up a list of 10 quintessential autumn experiences that you can still enjoy while the air is crisp and the leaves are golden.
Grim's Orchard and Family Farms
What: Head over to Grim's Fall Festival to participate in fun activities like pick-your-own apples and pumpkins, games in the play corral, hayride tours and more! Just $16.95 gets you unlimited access to all attractions! To ensure safety during COVID, Grim's is now cashless and will only be accepting credit card payments as well as Apple/Google pay. All visitors are required to wear face masks and maintain proper social distancing.
When: Saturday, Sept. 12–Sunday, Nov. 1; open Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m.–7 p.m. Last tickets and wristbands are sold at 6 p.m.

Mazezilla
What: Looking for a “spooktacular” challenge? Hop on the hayride down to Mazezilla's 11-acre corn maze and attempt to complete it by finding the symbols scattered throughout! On your way, be sure to check out some of the other attractions like the pick-your-own pumpkin patch, fresh produce stand and barnyard animals! While employees sanitize and clean the farm daily, it is asked that visitors wear face masks when social distancing cannot be maintained.

Lehigh Valley Wine Trail
What: Home to eight family-owned vineyards and wineries, this wine trail is located in the fastest growing wine region in Pennsylvania. Head out and visit one, some or all of these locations for a day filled with delicious wine and beautiful scenery!

Mackey's Orchard
What: Enjoy a delicious apple cider donut as you wait for the hayride that takes you up the hill to Mackey's 45-acre apple and cherry orchard! More than 100 varieties of apples grow on these trees between the months of September and November, so make sure to take a trip to this beautiful New Jersey farm and enjoy the accompanying crisp fall weather! The employees simply ask that visitors follow the most recent recommendations for mask use and proper social distancing.

Seiple Farms
What: Home to a 22-acre corn maze, the journey through begins with a stroll through a sunflower field. Other attractions include a pick-your-own pumpkin patch, $5 pony rides and concession food stands. A note to visitors: please wear face masks where social distancing is not possible.
When: Saturday, Sept. 26–Sunday, Nov. 1; Open only Saturdays and Sundays beginning Saturday, Oct. 24; 10 a.m.–6 p.m.

Peddler's Village
What: From outdoor movie nights to murder mystery walking tours, Peddler's Village has it all! Home to more than 60 shops and boutiques, this Shakespearean-esque village is open year-round and offers specialty stays at The Golden Plough Inn and public voting on a 100-plus scarecrow display. During the times of COVID-19, it is asked that guests wear face masks in all indoor locations and sanitize as needed at stations located throughout the village.
When: Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m.–8 p.m. and Sunday noon. to 5 p.m. *Holiday hours vary after Nov. 27

Trauger's Farm Market
What: Head down to the pick-your-own pumpkin or zinnia patch on a horse-drawn carriage ride! On your way back up to purchase your personally picked pumpkins and flowers, make sure to stop by the produce stand and check out the freshly-picked crops as well as fall decorations. Visitors are asked to wear face masks and maintain proper social distancing when partaking in activities at the farm.
When: Monday through Friday from 9.am.–6 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m.–5 p.m.

Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway
What: Hop on one of the four available trains for a 45-minute ride that will take you through the Lehigh Gorge State Park. As autumn is at its peak for vibrant foliage, be sure to grab your camera to capture the beauty of your surroundings. Tickets cannot be bought in advance during October, due to higher volumes of visitors, so make sure to head over and reserve a spot on one of these historic trains. Visitors are reminded that by riding the trains they assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

Frecon Farms
What: Various pick-your-own crops and sunflowers as well as housemade cider pressed in Frecon's very own cidery, this farm has been home to Pennsylvania's finest tree fruits and berries for many years. Don't forget to stop by the fresh farm market and bakery for delicious treats during your visit!

Hausman Fruit Farm
What: Hausman Fruit Farm's seventh annual fall festival includes a corn maze, a pumpkin patch for pumpkin picking and limited apple picking. Be sure to check out their made-from-scratch bakery serving up never-frozen seasonal fruit pies! They ask that guests practice social distancing and wear masks when on the farm.
