Food Trucks at the Fairgrounds
There’s no such thing as a mid-week slump on Wednesdays at the Allentown Fairgrounds! Running until the beginning of October, Food Trucks at the Fairgrounds features 15+ food trucks with a variety of food and drink for sale at the Allentown Fairgrounds running from 4–8 p.m. every Wednesday. You can find crowd favorites such as Take a Taco, Flying V, Island Noodles, You Got Pork’d and so many more rotating throughout each week. You can grab a drink and sit at the outdoor bar or set up chair and hang out in in the infield for the evening.
Spring Spiritual Holistic Expo
Head to Ag Hall in Allentown for the 40th Annual Spring Spiritual Holistic Expo on Saturday, May 17 and Sunday, May 18 for a weekend full of spiritual learning and holistic business pop ups. A variety of spiritual lectures will be led each day with over 180 vendors showcasing their products and services ranging from reiki and reflexology to organic foods, mediums, energy healers and more. Tickets can be purchased online or at the door for a variety of pricing tiers.
Bethlehem Vintage Market at The Rose Garden
Vintage lovers will want to check out the Bethlehem Vintage Market on Sunday, May 18 at the Bethlehem Rose Garden from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. for a day of shopping featuring vintage clothing, jewelry, collectibles and live record spinning with Nite Liters.
Lehigh Valley Wicked Plant Festival
Plant parents won’t want to miss the Lehigh Valley Wicked Plant Festival hosted by The Wicked Botanist coming to ArtsQuest at SteelStacks on Sunday, May 18 beginning at 11 a.m. There will be over 100 local vendors showcasing their plants, pottery, art, jewelry, macrame, crystals and so much more. A plant swap table will be available for those to take a cutting and leave a cutting in addition to entertainment, live music and food trucks. This event is free to attend and free parking is also available.
Hike & Yoga Session
Join YoGa with Riggs on Sunday, May 18 for a hike and yoga session at Jacobsburg State Park from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. This first-time event is donation based and will include a hike followed by a 30-minute yoga session. Attendees are encouraged to bring a mat, any props that are needed and water. A love of nature is encouraged and all fitness levels are welcome.
