Gather & Graze at Sole Wellness Studio
Head to Sole Wellness Studio in Easton on Saturday, January 21 for a one-hour charcuteire workshop by Alyssa Fay, owner of Gather & Graze. The event is BYOB and $47 to attend; all participants will receive a voucher for $10 off their next service at Sole Wellness Studio.
Meal Prep with Dharma Kitchen at EPM
Join Carrie Havranek of Dharma Kitchen (and Style food writer!) at the Easton Public Market on Sunday, January 22 for a meal prepping workshop from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Shop the market and then go to the kitchen to prep two meals (four servings each) for the week ahead. They'll provide basic pantry ingredients, containers and prep space as Carrie offers her expert assistance as well as pro tips and recipe suggestions. The ticket price is $66 and does not include the cost of meal ingredients.
Make & Take Event at Five Maidens Craft Cider
On Wednesday, January 25, Five Maidens Cider Company is hosting a workshop where attendees will create a hand-crafted crystal mosaic! The event costs $64.99 to attend and includes one pre-designed leaded 8x10 shadow box frame, crystals, glue and fairy lights. The fun runs from 6–8 p.m.
BAPL Book Sale
The Bethlehem Area Public Library is kicking off the new year with a book sale on Wednesday, January 25 (and again on Saturday, January 28). Held at the Church Street location, the sale promises more than 20,000 books as well as many DVDs, CDs and vinyl records—most of which are priced at just one dollar. The sale runs from noon to 8 p.m. on Wednesday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. next Saturday.
County Seat Cocktail Pairing at The Riegelsville Inn
On Thursday, January 26, enjoy an evening of three courses by the expert chefs at the Riegelsville Inn paired with a cocktail crafted with a spirit distilled by County Seat Spirits. Seating begins at 5:30 p.m. with the first course served at 6:15 p.m. Tickets are $99 per person.
