Independent Bookstore Day
Join The End: a bookstore of Allentown and Let’s Play Books Co. to honor Independent Bookstore Day celebrating over 1,000+ bookstores across the nation on Saturday, April 26 from 9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. You can expect exclusive books, literary items, contests, cupcakes and everything in-between with fellow book lovers!
Oasis: A Wellness Experience
Participate in classes, seminars and mini wellness sessions at The Yoga Loft on Saturday, April 26 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. at their health and wellness immersive experience. You’ll get to try yoga sessions, mindfulness practices, receive nutritional guidance, experience sound therapy and so much more. You’ll also get the opportunity to speak with local experts and businesses as well as network with like-minded individuals interested in the holistic wellness space. Each attendee will receive a tote bag filled with resources and guidance on continuing your wellness journey. Tickets can be purchased online for $35.
Nature’s Way 50th Anniversary Celebration
Celebrate 50 years of Nature’s Way of Easton on Saturday, April 26 from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. Attendess will get to enjoy a variety of classes and educational sessions such as a rain barrel workshop, children’s monarch art, yoga class, soil & human health connection and a variety of additional topics. Be sure to check out the food, live music, sales, giveaways, raffles and a ton of product samples!
Earth Day in the Park
Bring the family and enjoy Earth Day in the Park at Cedar Beach Park in Allentown on Saturday, April 26 from 12–4 p.m. This free, family-friendly event will feature eco-friendly games and activities as well as the opportunity to learn about environment stewardship and local green vendors dedicated to sustainability.
Catasauqua’s EATS Fest
Food lovers won’t want to miss this food and vendor festival on Saturday, April 26 from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. at the Catasauqua Park Complex featuring 15 local food trucks and over 20+ crafters, small businesses and non-profit vendors. There will be live music from Brake for Turtles throughout the day along with kids’ crafts and activities and a variety of giveaways. You can expect food trucks such as Clever Girl Winery, The Udder Bar, Jerzey Girl Pickle, Yusuf’s Halal Food and plenty more!
Paint & Sip at Sango Kura
Head to Pennsylvania’s only sake brewery in the Delaware Water Gap for their Paint & Sip event on Sunday, April 27 at 2 p.m. Lead by Bayleigh Quinn Fine Art, attendees will get the opportunity to paint a charming spring forest scene on a 16x20” canvas. Your $40 ticket includes all painting materials and complimentary drink sample. Additional food and drink are available for purchase. Attendees must be 18+ to paint and 21+ to drink.
