“Lettuce” Celebrate Earth Day at Willow Haven Farm
Willow Haven Farm is celebrating Earth Day on Saturday, April 22 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Enjoy a wholesome family farm experience, with festivities including a Baby Animal Farm Tour with Farmer Reuben, kids activities like rock painting, plant a seed and a coloring contest, the grand reopening of Willow Haven Farm Market featuring samples of delicious goodies and more. Plus, enjoy a farm-to-table salad bar featuring the best of Willow Haven CSA items.
Terrarium Workshop at Cellar 159
On Sunday, April 23, head to Cellar 159 in Downtown Easton for a terrarium workshop with Gift Box Floral & Garden. Learn about the importance of house plants, being creative and having fun with family and friends. Tickets are $40l drinks will be available for purchase.
Karaoke Night at Panchitas Kitchen
Panchitas Kitchen will celebrate its first Karaoke Night on Tuesday, April 25 at Jay's Local. Hosted by Tania Rose, doors will open at 6 p.m. with karaoke from 7–9 p.m. Food and beverage specials will be available.
An Evening of Food & Wine at Edge Restaurant & Lounge
Edge Restaurant & Lounge is hosting a five-course dinner and wine pairing prepared by chef Timothy Widrick and his culinary team on Thursday, April 27 at 6 p.m. Reservations are required; the cost is $75 per person. Attendees must be 21 years or older.
Outdoor Yoga at House & Barn
Participate in an all-levels yoga class led by Sarah Shea in House & Barn's beautiful outdoor landscape on Thursday, April 27. The fun runs from 6–7:15 p.m. Tickets are $25 and include your mule cocktail of choice from House & Barn. Sip and mingle before diving into various postures and meditations, with drinking incorporating into the class itself.

An Omakase Dining Experience at the Renaissance Hotel
Michelin-starred chef Toshio Tomita is hosting a special omakase dining experience at the Renaissance Hotel. The dining experience will be kappo ryori, meaning the meal is prepared in front of the diner, set up as a counter, and the meal will be omakase, which directly translated means “I leave it up to the chef.” A selection of curated sakes and wines specifically designed foor the meal will be offered. There are 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. seatings on Thursday, April 27, Friday April 28 and Saturday, April 29. Reservations are $150.
