Harvest Dinner at Eight Oaks Farm Distillery
On Thursday, October 7, Eight Oaks Farm Distillery will host a Harvest Dinner to welcome the fall season. Enjoy a three-course meal inspired by the season, courtesy of Tre on the Farm. Tickets are $60 and include the meal and a welcome cocktail. The event promises beautiful views, an autumn-inspired tablescape and seasonal cocktails. The event begins at 6 p.m., with dinner served at 6:30 p.m.
A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder
A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder opens at The Pennsylvania Playhouse on Friday, October 8 and runs until October 24. Tickets are $22–$25 and available here.
Ottertoberfest at the Zoo
This Saturday, October 9, head to the Lehigh Valley Zoo to enjoy live and authentic German-style music, an assortment of specialty craft and gift vendors on site, fall beverages at the beer tent and more. The fun runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Lehigh Valley VegStock
This Saturday, October 9, the Kellyn Foundation will host the second annual Lehigh Valley VegStock at Llantrisant Retreat & Wellness Center. The daylong event celebrated plant-based, vegan and vegetarian foods. Enjoy live entertainment, crafts and family-friendly fun from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Outdoor Farmers' Market at Stony Run Winery
Stony Run is celebrating its last farmers' market of the season with a 5K run and pie contest! The event promises live music, food trucks, drinks, lawn games and more. Stop by between 1–4 p.m. on Saturday, October 9.
Barktoberfest
Take your four-legged friend to Grange Park for this Halloween-themed event running from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 9. Enjoy a costume pet parade, music and food! The event is free to attend.
Khanisa's Grand Re-Opening
Stop by Khanisa's on Saturday, October 9 to celebrate their grand re-opening from noon to 7 p.m. The full pudding bar menu will be available for order as well as new merch, dry mixes and giveaways.
Chambourcin Weekend
The Lehigh Valley Wine Trail's (LVWT) Chambourcin Weekend is this Saturday, October 9 and Sunday, October 10. Stop by Black River Farms, Blue Mountain Vineyards, Vynecrest, Franklin Hill Vineyards and Tolino Vineyards from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 5 p.m. on Sunday. Chambourcin is the only wine grape that is grown by all LVWT wineries and each will have their own custom celebrations.
