Roof-Top Mojito
1 ½ oz. strawberry rum½ oz. simple syrupSqueeze of fresh limeEqual parts club soda and Sprite3 fresh strawberries, muddledSprig of fresh basil
Gently mash ripe strawberries and basil in the bottom of a soda glass, using a muddler. Combine all other ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Pour over muddled strawberries and basil and garnish with a slice of fresh strawberry.

2 oz. Stoli raspberry vodka1 oz. Chambord½ oz. sour mixFresh berries for garnish (level3 recommends raspberries, blueberries and blackberries)
Combine vodka, Chambord and sour mix in cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into martini glass and garnish with fresh mixed berries.
