Lifesaving health screenings
LVHN Executive Health Program includes a physical exam. It also provides diagnostic tests, including an EKG and carotid ultrasound.
You'll be screened for skin cancer. Your hearing and vision will be checked. You'll get advice about good nutrition. These are only a few of the health care services participants receive.
