The Proposal
Cassondra Ruta and Alexander Engarto met at Phillipsburg High School in 2010 and have been together ever since. When the time came to propose, Alexander took her to lush Longwood Gardens during its Christmas display. The woman asked to take their photo was actually filming a surprise proposal!
The Big Day
As general manager for Easton's Townley House boutique hotel, Cassondra had the hookup for the Gusto Group wedding of her dreams, holding the ceremony at the hotel and the reception at Three OAK Steakhouse. Since starting as a bartender, Cassondra has owed her amazing career and now her perfect wedding day to Gusto's passion for great hospitality. All the couple's vendors were friends, and the couple was able to share Gusto's awesome offerings with guests coming from all across the country and beyond. Alex and Cassondra savored the smiles on their guests' faces throughout a day they'll remember as the best in their lives.
