After falling for each other at a CrossFit gym, Chi Chi and Chelsea Nieves of Blandon decided to take on a partnered fitness competition together. Chi Chi had planned for friends and family to come watch, and they surprised Chelsea after the last event with T-shirts that said “Will you marry Chi Chi?”
The two set their “destination” wedding in the backyard of a house rented beside sparkling Lake Naomi in the Poconos, bringing a U-Haul of handmade décor for their luxurious five-day stay. On the big day, a Panera-catered breakfast accompanied pleasant preparation, and the wafting smell of brisket being smoked on-site got guests' mouths watering. After a short and sweet ceremony, heartfelt speeches carried the glowing couple into a reception of nonstop dancing and food that wowed even the chefs in the family—a day of effortless, beautiful fun!
