Lauren Cicale and Kevin Smith met on a blind date at Pearly Baker's Alehouse in Easton. On a later getaway, Kevin poured his heart out to Lauren beside Niagara Falls, but she was distracted by a stranger following with a camera. Then Kevin took a knee, the moment captured by his hired photographer.
A barbershop quartet serenaded arriving guests at the reception, where a memory table paid homage to loved ones' weddings going back five generations. Lauren's mother hand-painted their chairs with a laurel wreath and a bee, for Lauren's name and Kevin's nickname for her. Football fan Kevin set each table card with a different NFL city, such as Philadelphia, Denver and Green Bay. Incorporating Lauren's history as a competitive dancer, the couple spent months perfecting a showstopping first dance. An ice cream truck gave guests a sweet send-off for a day they'd never forget.
