For years, Gregory Pappas and Rachel Jabeir were members of the same gym. When they finally started talking, it didn't take long to realize this was it! He'd sworn not to do it on a holiday or vacation, but following dinner at Ivan's on the Jamaican cliffs overlooking the ocean, Gregory proposed.
Their closest friends and family attended an intimate ceremony on the balcony at Two Rivers Brewing Company in Easton, decorated in rustic autumnal style with log cutouts, baby's breath, mums, pumpkins, burlap and white lace. With an Italian-themed, buffet-style menu and a cocktail hour including Mediterranean appetizers and a doughnut display, guests feasted on an array of tasty treats. The “bar in a jar” favors sent guests home with mini soda mixers and the couple's favorite mini liquor bottles. They continued the celebration with an after-party pit stop at Three Oak's rooftop bar.
