Steel Club
Steel Club is an iconic landmark located in Hellertown. Rich in history and tradition, it continues to be a private membership-based club, but with the addition of the Fee-Free Dining Membership. With no monthly fee or monthly minimum, everyone can enjoy the dining venues and events at Steel Club. Three new Golf Membership categories better suit the lifestyles of today’s families, and include: After 1 p.m. for $300/month, After 3 p.m. for $200/month and After 5 p.m. for $100/month.
Besides the new name, new signage and new apparel, the Bar/Restaurant (now known as the Beam Yard) underwent a complete transformation. Gone is the uptight and stuffy dining room. The restaurant now features a wall of glass doors, treating diners to an unobstructed view of the patio and 18-hole championship golf course. In the center of the room is a hundred-foot bar with a huge steel truss hanging over the center, acting as a liquor and TV display. Along the sides and back wall, privacy booth seating provides a cozy and comfortable dining experience, complemented by the Eugene Grace Room. This dining room dials up the sophistication, with linen-draped tables on the weekends and a lovely fireplace.
Steel Club maintains an extensive social media campaign. Content is fresh and updated daily. Instagram feeds (@steel.club) and Facebook pages (@FairwaysFoodFun), along with a fully integrated real-time website keeps users informed with current menu specials and weekly events.
The alley between the back of the main clubhouse and annex building is being reinvented. The new, enclosed concourse (dubbed Bistro Street) will be a café-style dining and entertaining venue, welcoming patrons of the swimming pool, the soon-to-be-built year-round driving range and other athletic and retail facilities. The new driving range is for players honing their golf skills and also those who wish to enjoy group entertainment, food and drink with the latest golf-ball tracer technology. The annex building will contain sports training, including personal and group instruction, a fitness center and physical therapy.
All Steel Club campus venues are available for private affairs, accommodating everything from small gatherings, business meetings and weddings to conventions.
