With industrial décor, lasers, strobe lights and fog, ND Wheelhouse Co. looks more like a New York City nightclub than an indoor cycling studio. “We wanted to offer a unique spin studio unlike any other studio in the Lehigh Valley, bringing the New York City boutique atmosphere here,” says Natalie Beck, lead instructor. She opened the company with her husband, David, who handles the business aspect of ND Wheelhouse. “Our classes are choreographed to the beat of the music and are designed using an interval-based approach, which works both your anaerobic and aerobic systems,” says Natalie. “Over time, you will build strong, lean muscle mass and you will improve your cardiovascular system dramatically.” ND Wheelhouse offers different types of classes, with their most popular being Wheelhouse RIP 60. Natalie ensures that all levels of fitness can attend any class. “From the beginner who has never sat on a spin bike to the most advanced athletes, riders can go at their own pace and everyone is part of the team,” she says.
