Historic Hotel Bethlehem is going all out this Mother’s Day! They’re offering dinner for two, four or six guests, with prices ranging from $70–$210. Choose from entrées like their Roasted Sliced Sirloin of Beef with Cabernet Demi Glace, their Slow-Roasted Atlantic Cod with saffron rice, peas, chives and lobster butter and their Grilled Chicken Breast with lemon, garlic and baslic pistou. All orders come with starters, sides and dessert. Be sure to ask about their beer and wine to go. Count on The Shoppe at Hotel Bethlehem for the perfect pre-wrapped present or a gift certificate she’ll love. All orders must be placed by Monday, May 4 at noon. Melt is serving up a Mother’s Day Family Meal complete with Chef’s Market Garden Salad, Surf and Turf, Garlic Roasted Potatoes, Season Vegetables, Dijon Mustard Aioli and Red Velvet Cake for $36 a person. All meals will be ready for heat and serve, with reheating instructions included. Treat mom to a three-course meal courtesy of Durham Springs! Their prix fixe menu is $50 a person and includes a Baby Arugula, Candied Pecans and Dried Cranberries salad, the choice of Beef Wellington or Salmon en Croute, and is served with Pan-Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Smashed Potatoes and Parker House Rolls. Dessert comes in the form of Strawberry Shortcake! Orders must be placed by Sunday, May 3 with pick-up on Sunday, May 10 between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.
Apollo Grill has two options for you to treat mom. Get her a whole quiche or a half-dozen muffins off of their bake sale menu. You must pre-order by Tuesday, May 5, with pick-up available on Saturday, May 9 and Sunday, May 10. Or you can choose from a variety of items off of their brunch menu, including Oatmeal Crusted French Toast, Caprese Avocado Toast and Loaded Brisket Tater Tots “Jazz Style”—to name a few. Notch Modern Kitchen & Bar is offering various package kits to choose from this Mother's Day! Their Surf & Turf Dinner Kit for Two is $85 (add additional servings for $30 each) and includes Prime Rib, Crab Cakes, Miso-Glazed Asparagus, Roasted Fingerling Potatoes and accouterments. They're also offering a Peach Mimosa or Sangria Kit for $12 (just the mix) or $30 (with prosecco).
