Join us for a weekly series of relaxing and joyful Energy Healing with Sound Bath at Creative Spirit, beginning Saturday July 20 at 10am.

Creative Spirit’s founder and creator Marisa will guide us through a gentle meditation and provide healing Reiki.

Elaheh is an Iranian vocalist and creative healer who works with sound and voice as a healing method. She chants and weaves Persian lyrics into her sounds accompanied by a Shruti Box, a harmonium-like instrument with Chinese and Indian roots.

The power of sound Sounds are powerful when we allow our voices freedom to release them. We can use sounds to both release and invite in emotions.

What to expect Allow yourself to simply be. This relaxing weekly series will allow you to ground, release negative feelings, and feel energized for the rest of your week. You will experience guided meditation, sound healing, reiki, and will be invited to journal, have tea and experience the power of community.

We are creating a sacred and safe space to heal and ground, free of judgment. We are holding this weekly session Saturdays from 10-11am with time for journaling and enjoying tea.

What inspired this event and why attend Marisa & Elaheh love to bring people together in sacred space, and to offer and encourage collective healing, opening of the chakras.
