“We’ve been thinking of opening a smoothie and juice bar since we were in Allentown,” says Hummus House owner Albert Hechme, “but the space never really gave us the opportunity, even though we tried. It just wasn’t enough space to make it work.” Hechme says when they built the new Hummus House restaurant in Bethlehem, the potential for a smoothie and juice bar was taken into consideration. “It took a while to open because equipment was backordered, but we are up and running now and ready to serve the community with healthy food and drinks.” Similar to their food menu, new drinks will be added over time.
