Café Vida is a unique space for the community of Allentown to eat, drink and gather. Founded by Pastors Randy and Maribel Landis, the café is a nonprofit organization that stemmed from Life Church Ministries. After 25 years of ministry and five church campuses, Randy and Maribel decided they wanted to open a business intentional about partnering with locals and serving the community. Each quarter, Café Vida partners with a local organization like Allentown Rescue Mission or Turning Point of Lehigh Valley to help serve a need in the community. Additionally, Café Vida supports local business partners by serving products from Johnny’s Bagels and One Village Coffee.
