In fall 2022, Easton Wine Project (EWP) officially launched its Wine Wagon, serving more than 20 different wines by the bottle or glass as well as wine sangrias, wine slushies and wine cocktails. “The inspiration for the Wine Wagon was twofold,” says EWP Executive Director Amanda Thatcher. “We love festivals and sharing our products with the community. The Wine Wagon allows us to do this with more efficiency and ease. The second inspiration was COVID and the rise of outdoor events and parties.” Thatcher says with the Wine Wagon, EWP is able to help families and friends come together and celebrate outdoors in parks, backyards, farms and pavilions. The Wine Wagon has packages that include beer and liquor, and they can even offer lite fare like charcuterie cups, popcorn and fruit kabobs.
