Hispanic Heritage Month Celebration
Enjoy food, games, music and more at The Lehigh Conference of Churches as they celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month on Friday, September 29. The event runs from noon to 4 p.m.
Fall Wine Festival at the Lehigh Valley Zoo
Sample wine, cider and more from local wineries and distilleries at the Lehigh Valley Zoo’s 7th annual fall wine festival. The fun runs from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 30. Enjoy live music and sweet treats from artisan vendors on site. Tickets are $22 for non-member adults ages 12 and up.
Community Event at Stevens Park
Head to Stevens Park on Saturday, September 30 for a fun-filled day celebrating community. Kyle Edwards, owner of a true l.o.v.e story llc., will be installing a new mural on the park’s basketball court. To kick off this effort, there will be a mural discussion and basketball clinic from noon to 4 p.m. The day will also include arts and crafts, food and drinks, a DJ, giveaways and more. Oktoberfest at Blue Mountain Resort
Oktoberfest is back at Blue Mountain on Saturday, September 30 and Sunday, October 1. Enjoy live German music, a Biergarten, hayrides, a wide spread of Bavarian-style food and more. The event is free to attend!
Spooky Canvas Painting at Gallows Hill
Head to Gallows Hill Spirits Co. on Wednesday, October 4 for a spooky canvas painting led by Canvas & Cabernet. The fun runs from 6–8 p.m.; tickets are available for $35.
Charcuterie Workshop at Black River Farms
Gather & Graze Charcuterie will be at Black River Farms on Wednesday, October 4 for a charcuterie workshop from 6–9 p.m. Tickets are available for $45 and include a complimentary glass of wine or beer from Black River Farms.
Celtic Halloween Whiskey Tasting at McCarthy’s
On Thursday, October 5, McCarthy’s Red Stag Pub & Whiskey Bar is hosting a Halloween Whiskey Tasting to celebrate the Celtic holiday Samhain. The event runs from 7–9 p.m. Tickets are available for $60 ($30 for designated drivers).
