Hocaa Bubble Tea
Head to Hocaa Bubble Tea in Bethlehem for their Oreo Crème Brûlée Mlk Tea, which features a milk cap (thick milky foam on top) and Oreo cookie crumbs. The cup is walled with a special homemade cream, resulting in a vanilla cake and sea salt caramel flavor, which prompted Hocaa to name this offering after crème brûlée!

Donerds Donuts' creations are as inventive as they come! Sure, they’ve got all the classics like glazed, frosted and Boston cream, but their gourmet options kick things up a notch. In fact, Donerds makes a banana crème brûlée doughnut, which is offered in Bethlehem every first, third and fifth week. In the fall, keep an eye out for their special pumpkin brûlée. All doughnuts are handmade and are first come, first served.

Billy’s Diner
Both Billy’s Diner locations serve this Berry Crunch offering, which is rightfully filed under the menu’s “Heaven On A Plate” section. Imagine a French baguette dipped in Billy’s crème brûlée mixture and topped with homemade granola, candied pecans, strawberries and dried cranberries, all drizzled with a vanilla bean glaze. The dish is dusted with powdered sugar and crowned with whipped cream.
Crème Brûlée French Toast
Yianni’s Taverna
Have your favorite dessert for breakfast with the crème brûlée French toast at Yianni’s Taverna. Served with fresh berries and warm syrup, this dish is available every Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Find it on the “classics” side of the menu. Enjoy it with a cup of Greek coffee.

Blue’s classic crème brûlée is made in-house in a traditional, centuries-old manner, using sweet vanilla custard that’s topped with sugar and is brûléed to order. One of the restaurant’s most popular desserts and a mainstay on the menu, the dish is served with a cardamom cookie and strawberry garnish. Keep an eye out for variations like S’mores throughout the year!
