There’s no single outfit, designer or color palette that can automatically make a man appear fashionable. It’s not what he wears; it’s how he wears it. It’s all about style. This year, our Men of Style are redefining fashion on their own terms, with looks ranging from “classic” to “conservation hipster” and “non-profit casual.”

I always start the day reading the New York Post sports pages, with a blueberry smoothie. I feel my best wearing formal attire—black tie, a topcoat and a great fedora. My go-to look could be described as classic. I feel most inspired when I'm playing golf with my sons and still beating them, from time to time. The item I have the most of in my closet is dress shirts and, being a golfer all my life, plenty of Polo shirts. My golf shoe collection is insane! I could do without sweat pants—not my style. My favorite brands include Ralph Lauren, Charles Tyrwhitt, Cole Haan, Hugo Boss and Thomas Pink. I'm not a web surfer, and I buy what I want if it looks good on me. I am lucky because my wife owns BOUTIQUETOGO on 19th Street in Allentown, and she can sometimes acquire special men's accessories [while she's buying for her store] at market. I love the frames at her neighbor store, Blink Optical Boutique, and the custom suits made by Valet Custom Tailors in Bethlehem. I tend to splurge on monogrammed shirts from London, designer eyewear, Versace ties and anything golf-related. My style icon is past Secretary of State Warren Christopher. As far as my 2018 wish list goes, I need nothing—until I find it. When I see it, I'll buy it.

I can’t start my day without at least 15 minutes with my four-year-old son. I feel my best when I’m wearing my Barbour Digby Wax jacket. My go-to look is a long-sleeve woven with sleeves rolled up, paired with dark denim and brown wing-tips. When I’m at industry trade shows in Las Vegas or New York City, I feel most inspired. The item I have the most of in my closet is shoes, and somehow my wife still has more. Pleated pants and guys wearing their clothing too big is a trend I could do without. My favorite brands include Rodd & Gunn, Gitman, Barbour, Mizzen & Main, AG, Patagonia, Allen Edmonds and Shinola. Obviously, assembly88 is my favorite place to shop, but also all the great locally owned stores throughout the Valley! I find the best deals from all my salesmen, who give me free product so that I wear it in the shop! I tend to splurge on my son and home-improvement projects. My 2018 wardrobe wish list includes upgrading the walk-in closet again, with new features and fixtures!

I can’t start my day without snuggling with Mark and Tom (my cats). When I’m wearing boots, jeans, a flannel and a baseball cap, I feel my best—but beanies and vests when it’s cold. My go-to look could be described as conservation hipster. I feel most inspired when I’m outdoors. The items I have the most of in my closet are pants and socks—fresh socks are a camping essential. The trend I could do without is male rompers. My favorite brands include L.L. Bean, Brixton, Patagonia, Levi’s, North Face and Vans. My favorite places to shop in the Valley are L.L. Bean, the Army Navy Store, assembly88 and Homebase Skateshop. I find the best deals at Good Will and Lucky Brand. I tend to splurge on gear. I tend to buy more than I have time to use. My dad in 1975, Dezzy (my wife) and Danny J. are my style icons. My 2018 wardrobe wish list includes boots—can’t have enough—and denim shirts.

I can’t start my day without watching the news. When I’m wearing jeans and a white T-shirt, I feel my best. My go-to look could be described as casual. When I’m in NYC, I feel most inspired. The items I have the most of in my closet are white T-shirts, blazers and Converse sneakers. Underwear and ripped jeans is a trend I could do without. Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Tom Ford and J.Crew are some of my favorite brands, and my favorite place to shop in the Valley is J.Crew. I find the best deals there and at Nordstrom Rack. I tend to splurge on watches. Tom Ford is my style icon. My 2018 wardrobe wish list includes more watches and shoes.

I can’t start my day without coffee with coconut creamer. I feel my best when I’m wearing comfortable shoes. My go-to look could be described as non-profit (as opposed to business) casual. I feel most inspired when I’m working with our team to create a new event—being dressed comfortably and feeling good about yourself only assists in the creative process. I have more than 30 visors in my closet that I wear during the summer months, playing golf, at the pool with the kids and, of course, at Musikfest. I could do without skinny jeans—I’m all for health and fitness but there is something just not right about adult men wearing jeans that look like they jumped out of a building to get into. ECCO, Banana Republic, Travis Mathew and Oakley are some of my favorite brands. My favorite place to shop in the Valley is at any one of the great, local merchants in Bethlehem. As far as great deals go, I’m an impulse shopper, and I tend to splurge on sunglasses and shoes. Bradley Cooper, Hugh Jackman, Jon Hamm and Ian Poulter are my style icons. My 2018 wardrobe wish list includes a new watch, as I’ve been wearing a Fitbit religiously and am looking forward to a change.

I can’t start my day without breakfast. I feel my best when I’m wearing a suit or a leather jacket. My go-to look could be described as casual. When I’m surrounded by people with drive and ambition, I feel most inspired. The item I have the most of in my closet is shirts. I could do without the jumpsuit trend. My favorite brands include Ralph Lauren, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Zara, Hugo Boss, H&M and Jofama. The Lehigh Valley Mall—Macy’s and Aldo—is my favorite place to shop in the Valley. I find the best deals at H&M. I tend to splurge on shoes. David Gandy is my style icon. My 2018 wardrobe wish list includes Gray Chelsea Boots.
