Hannah Votta Coleman, owner of Joyfuls, LLC, started the business in January and currently runs it by herself. “I started dabbling with this whole party idea about five years ago after my daughter Charlotte was born,” says Votta Coleman. “Her name is Charlotte Joy—that’s where the name Joyfuls, LLC came from.” Votta Coleman created elaborately themed birthday parties for Charlotte, and her friends and family encouraged her to do it professionally. “I really like the creative process, and since they are custom made—the goodie baskets, centerpieces, party favors—I get to know the person who is going to receive this,” says Votta Coleman, whose main goal is to make each person feel happy and joyful.
