Great local pub food meets a state-of-the-art draft system featuring 52 taps at the new SouthSide hot spot F&A Grog House. “Our mission is to become the destination in the Lehigh Valley for craft beer, specialty cocktails, burgers, unique pub fare and wings,” owners Gina and Howard Altman explain. The beautifully renovated restaurant, featuring pendant lighting and exposed brick as well as pool tables, shuffleboard and an AMI jukebox, opened in June. “My husband and I are lifetime local, Lehigh Valley residents,” says Gina. “We have frequented bars and restaurants in the Valley since we were 18. We know what we like and what we want to offer based on a combined 80 years of consumer experience. We wanted to be a part of the Bethlehem SouthSide Arts District and university community, and provide an atmosphere and a place we would want to frequent.”
