Lobster Roll from Silvershell
Owner of Bolete and Mister Lee’s Noodle House, Lee Chizmar expands his culinary repertoire once more with his latest endeavor, Silvershell Counter and Kitchen. The moniker originated because of where his wife, Erin Shea, grew up: Silvershell Beach in Marion, Massachusetts. It pays homage to Shea’s childhood and all the nostalgia that comes with that—playing on the beaches and eating all the fried clams and steamers that she could.
The pair actually met during Chizmar’s time in Boston, so it holds meaning to them both. “Food has been such a big part of our lives,” says Chizmar. And New England has been with them through all of their major milestones. The restaurant is located in the Easton Public Market—right across from Mister Lee’s Noodle House—and features classic New England dishes like lobster rolls, clams and an oyster bar.
