After spending the last 25 years in northern New Jersey, StretchLab Tilghman Square owners Tom and Gina Seibold moved back to the Lehigh Valley to be closer to family. Gina’s 15 years of experience teaching yoga paired with Tom’s finance background inspired them to open a business they would feel good about. “The more we learned about StretchLab and the benefits of assisted stretching, the more we knew we found the business for us,” they share. The pair says locals are thrilled to have something like this is in the region, and they’ve spent the last several months doing hundreds of stretch demos, educating people about the benefits of assisted stretching. At StretchLab, highly trained flexologists work one-on-one with clients on their flexibility and mobility goals. “Our flexologists craft a unique stretching program that is built around each person’s specific needs,” they explain. StretchLab offers 25- and 50-minute stretches with most members visiting the studio once or twice a week.
