What started for owner Brooke Dietrick as a pop-up event at Barre3 Allentown flourished into a brick-and-mortar location in May. At the Truffle Bar, Dietrick offers her handmade truffles in a wide variety of 18 flavors, including chocoholic, cookies and cream, dark salted caramel, mint chocolate chip, blueberry pie, lemon raspberry and so many more. “I would say the most underrated flavor is key lime pie,” she says. “There is just something about this truffle that leaves everyone wanting more.” Each truffle is individually rolled, hand-dipped and decorated by Dietrick.
