Trinity Fitness
Trinity Fitness was established in 2009 by owner Matthew Stocker, who has been in the fitness world for more than 14 years. In 2017, he decided to move his business to the Simon Silk Mill in Easton. The gym boasts a 24-hour policy, focusing on a positive workout environment. “People like the privacy and exclusivity,” says Stocker. Members receive a key fob that allows them access to the gym at any time—on holidays, snow days and every day in between, members can get their sweat on.
With four dedicated trainers making sure members are kept motivated, the positivity of his clientele is what Stocker thinks makes his business successful. “Being around these people helps me thrive,” he says. Members don’t typically have to wait for a machine or worry about the pressure of working out in front of so many people. It’s a more intimate approach. Stocker wants to make sure that everyone who comes in is comfortable, whether they work out all the time or this is their first time going to a gym.
