How to make a Mango Bellinitini:
Part bellini, part martini, the featured cocktail in this month’s Drink This will fast become your go-to drink. Presentation is everything so don’t forget to garnish with a slice of fresh strawberry!
2 oz. mango vodka½ oz. mango pureeDash of Peach SchnappsDash of fresh lemon juiceTop with 2 oz. champagne
Mix well and serve in martini glass.
How to make a Jack Rose Classic:
This refreshing, colorful cocktail had its heyday in the 1920’s and ’30s and the bartenders at Pistachio are doing their diligence to revive this forgotten classic that’s smooth, distinctive and deceptively strong (like all the best old-fashioned drinks).
2 oz of Calvados1/2 oz of fresh squeezed lime juice1/8 oz simple syrup1/8 oz grenadineShake well with cracked ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
