Amid their large and ever-changing martini menu the Mango Bellinitini is by far their most popular drink, bartender Morgan Spence says. “By adding mango vodka, mango puree and lemon juice it gives the ordinary Bellini (which is just peach schnapps and champagne), a delicious fruitiness with some tang from the lemon juice,” she adds.
