When it comes to kitchen and bath design, there’s nothing like the perfect countertop to elevate a space. At Eastern Surfaces, they understand the need for a countertop that is both functional and a reflection of the homeowner’s unique style.
“The products we sell are beautiful,” says owner Brian Rocca. He became interested in the industry while working in his family’s tile business. In 1998, he opened Eastern Granite and Marble, which grew and joined forces with a solid surfaces fabricator in 2007 to become Eastern Surfaces.
Today, Rocca oversees 130 employees and a large facility in Allentown with showroom, offices and high-tech production area where the countertops are manufactured for home or business use. It’s one of the most advanced fabricating facilities in the country but still maintains a small-company feel.
Open to the public, a visit to the showroom reveals a world of possibilities. From traditional marble and granite to other natural stones, quartz, solid surface and porcelain, Eastern Surfaces has the widest variety of countertop materials in the area. Hundreds of natural stone slabs are available for viewing right on the premises, including partial slabs for smaller projects. It’s the best way to appreciate the true beauty of natural stone.
Rocca is as proud of his employees’ professionalism and expertise as he is of the products he sells. Eastern Surfaces is among a select group of companies nationwide to be accredited by the Natural Stone Institute. Accreditation requires a rigorous review and demonstration that a company’s safety, fabrication and installation practices are best in class. The company was also recently honored as Fabricator of the Year by the International Surface Fabricators Association.
