At Mindful Transformations Counseling (MTC) in Bethlehem, May Ambrogi, LCSW, and her staff provide a safe place where people can feel heard, respected and cared for while working through troubling feelings and experiences.
The counseling staff is a diverse and culturally rich group who understand and appreciate the differences among people in the world. They work tirelessly to make therapy less intimidating and more approachable, both fiscally and emotionally.
MTC offers individual, couples/marriage and family therapy and has extensive experience working with children and adolescents. Services includes EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD, Gottman couples counseling, ABA for neurodiverse clients, Triple P for parent/child issues, Functional Family Therapy and gender-affirming care.
“While the world can sometimes feel like it is in chaos, this work allows for touching and improving individual lives,” Ambrogi says. She looks forward to providing affordable evidence-based therapies to more and more community members. “I am motivated every day knowing MTC is part of the makeup of the Lehigh Valley’s community growth.”
