Meet Karla.
Her goal: Fed up with the way she felt and looking for a solution to shed her “baby weight,” she decided to commit to herself and take action. Never one to enjoy the gym (many of us can relate), Karla was excited to try a different kind of gym and joined Forward Thinking Fitness (FTF) in May of 2016.
Her process: After pushing through the first few weeks of being sore and tired, she began to see the results of her hard work. In just over six weeks, she was down 8 lbs. of body fat and gained 3 lbs. of muscle!
The results: Committing to herself and joining forces with a team of qualified professionals, she has currently lost more than 12 percent (20 lbs.!) of body fat.
