Meet Shannon.
Her goal: Shannon was once 240 lbs. with 50.4 percent body fat. She was a pant size 20 and wanted to get under 200 lbs. and fit into a size 14.
Her process: Shannon stayed consistent with her workouts by making appointments through the FTF App. Most weeks, she took two Small Group (one to four clients) sessions and two Team Training (20+ clients) sessions. These sessions consisted of a blend of strength training and metabolic conditioning. In addition to gym sessions, she would head outside for hour-long walks. (Eventually those walks turned into runs!)
Her results: After one month at FTF, Shannon dropped 12 pounds on the scale, with the true loss of 20 pounds of pure fat! After six months, she lost more than 50 pounds, lowered her body fat percentage by 36 percent and reached her goal of fitting into a smaller size (a size 12!).
Shannon is now in the best shape of her life with the ability to run and is ultimately proud of her new-found strength. For the first time in her life, she likes the way she looks.
